Do you bring the alcohol?
We do not supply you with alcohol as liquor laws in Canada do not allow the sale of alcohol through a mobile..anything. BUT we do supply everything else you need depending on the package you choose. When purchasing your own alcohol for your event you ultimately will save a lot of money - cutting out the middle man of a venue etc. Our bartenders are sure to make your night memorable.
Do we require power?
I mean, yes! But no worries if you can't supply a little energy. We have a generator we can bring.
Do I need to put down a depost?
Yes! We require a 50% deposit to hold your date.
HEY! are you guys insured?
Well duh! We have general liability insurance, as well as liquor liability insurance. Also, all of our bartenders are smart serve certified. We got your back but mostly our back..if you catch my drift.
Can you guide me through purchasing local beer/alcoholic bevys?
We would love to help you figure out the right amount of alcohol that needs to be purchased. We can even guide you to some amazing local breweries that would be happy to be present at your special event. I may be bias but Clear Lake Brewing co, has some exceptional beer.
Our event went longer than anticipated, is that ok?
Sure thats fine! We can invoice you after the event at an hourly rate + gratuity.
What is Beer/Spirit/Wine Service?
Each package for the Tenleys Taps Mobile bar include this service. That means we will happily serve your guests beer, wine, and simple mixed drinks such as rum and coke- out of the trailer.
Option 3 allows our bartenders to make /serve 2 signature cocktails which are generally more complicated to mix and time consuming! Which is why 2 bartenders come with this package!
How much ice do you supply?
We supply enough to continuously make you cocktails with ice for your event- as well as an additional full cooler full of ice!
We ask you load up the fridges and if you want your beers cold ahead of time make sure they are on ice or packed in the fridge prior to our arrival on the big day :)
Package 3- Are you supplying all non alcoholic options ???
NO. We provide a choice of 4 mix options for your cocktails. We have a good idea of how much we need to purchase! We are not supplying your entire guest list with a can of gingerale, Diet Coke, and a can of Club Soda.. A mixed drink is calculated! We know the amounts.
